No. 14Needing an audience, talking mostly about yourself and dreading being alone
3 remedies
For the different ways people end up apart from others, including the ones who talk the most.
Only three remedies sit here, and they describe three quite different people who all end up alone.
There is the person who keeps a natural distance, capable and self-contained, who others sometimes read as aloof. There is the person who is so quick and impatient that they would rather work alone than wait for anybody. And there is the person who talks and talks about themselves, needs an audience constantly, and empties the room without meaning to.
That last one surprises people, because it does not look like loneliness from the outside. It is the loneliest of the three.
