Quizzes
Choosing a remedy means matching a description to how you actually feel, which is easy once the list is short and hard while it is still 38 long. These narrow it for you in about a minute.
Find your remedy
Start with the feeling that sounds closest, then tick the lines that ring true. You finish with three or four remedies to read about.

How choosing actually works
Bach built the system so that people could use it without a practitioner. He kept it to thirty-eight, wrote each one up in plain language, and expected you to pick by recognizing yourself in a description. That still works, and it is the reason a quiz can get you close in a minute.
The part people find surprising is that the remedy follows the feeling rather than the situation. Two people going through the same hard month can need completely different remedies, because one is lying awake with a busy head and the other has quietly stopped expecting things to improve. So the questions ask how you feel, never what happened.
Nothing you select is sent to us or saved anywhere. The scoring runs in your browser, and the link you get at the end carries the names of your remedies and nothing else.

A quiz is one way in. The 7 emotional groups are the other, and the full list is searchable by name and by how you feel.
