Thirty-eight is a lot to hold in your head. Bach sorted them into seven groups, and picking the group first turns an overwhelming list into a choice between five or six.
Fear

Despondency and despair
8 remediesThe largest group, covering low confidence, guilt, exhaustion, shock, bitterness and the feeling of being unclean.
Over-care for others
5 remediesFor strong personalities whose care for other people tips into control, criticism or pressure.
