No. 2Vague dread with no cause you can point to
5 remedies
For the whole range of fear, from a named worry you can point to, to dread that arrives without a reason.
Bach put five remedies in this group, and they cover very different kinds of fear. Some fears have an obvious cause. You know exactly what you are afraid of and you could name it in a second. Others turn up with no explanation at all, a sense that something bad is coming, which is harder to talk about because there is nothing to point at.
There is also the fear that belongs to other people. Parents know this one well. You are not frightened for yourself, you are frightened for someone you love, and your mind supplies the worst possible version of what might be happening to them.
Work out which shape your fear takes and the right remedy usually becomes obvious. If you are picking for someone in a moment of real panic, Rock Rose is the one to reach for first.
