Privacy

This is a site you read. There is very little to collect and we have tried to keep it that way.

What we do not do

There are no accounts, so we never ask for your name or email address. There is no newsletter signup, no advertising network, and no ads anywhere on the site. Quiz answers are worked out in your browser and are never sent to us or stored anywhere.

What we do collect

We use Google Analytics to count page views and see roughly where visitors arrive from, so we can tell which pages are useful and which are not. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google a record of the pages you open here. We make no attempt to identify individual readers, and we have no way to connect a visit to a person. What Google does with the data is covered by their own privacy policy.

If you would rather not be counted, most browsers can block cookies for a single site, and Google publishes a browser add-on that turns Analytics off everywhere.

Amazon links

When you follow one of our Amazon links, Amazon knows you arrived from us, which is how the commission is credited. Once you are on Amazon their own privacy policy applies, not ours.

Images

Flower photographs are served from our own domain, so your browser never requests them from anywhere else. They are openly licensed photographs from Wikimedia Commons, credited on each remedy page, downloaded rather than hotlinked.
